 At Sweet B Jewellery your satisfaction is very important to us .

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, but if for any reason its not quite right for you we offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item ( when we have been notified by post of delivery) to return on ready to ship items that have been delivered through post and only viewed on the website . We do not offer returns on custom pieces or pieces that have  been bought after viewing in person from fairs or private collection viewings.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at and enter 'returns' into the subject and include your order number, your name and the reason for your return.

We will provide the customer information of  where to return the goods and you must provide proof of postage with a tracking number. All returns must be sent with a signature on delivery and fully insured.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of the shipping and the insurance and if an item is lost in the post we take no responsibility for refunds. You will be responsible for the fees incurred by me when transferring the money on your original purchase .

If we do receive a retuned item you will be notified via email on the status of the return.

If the refund is approved , then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be paid to the customers original payment method shortly after, minus a 10% fee deduction for our various costs such as re polishing and re advertising to absorb credit card costs. 


Missing or Damaged Jewellery

We are happy to provide a quote for insurance prior to shipping if required. if a package is missing or damaged we will make an enquiry on your behalf to the relevant postal service, however we are not accountable for the outcome. if you opt out of insurance we are not liable for any loss.

Damaged Jewellery

Please treat your precious handmade jewellery with care. We do not repair of refund items that are damaged due to accidents, carelessness or ware and tare.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

if you purchase a chain with your pendant this is non refundable due to it being bought through a third party .
